Dr Mejer was trained as a medical doctor at University of Medical Sciences in Poznan, Poland. After finishing his residency at St. Mary and Elizabeth Medical Center in Chicago, he has continued to pursue his passion in Family Medicine by taking the leadership role of the Assistant Director, as well as providing a community oriented private practice serving Northwest suburbs and their surrounding areas. Dr. Janusz Mejer is board certified in Family Medicine and Obesity Medicine.

Overall 5+ stars. I’ve seen quite a few medical practitioners throughout my life however most of them are just there to take your money. This isn’t the case with Dr. Mejer. He’s very knowledgeable, and truly takes his time to explain things to you as a patient which makes you feel cared for the way it should at a doctors office. Only if every doctor paid this much attention it would be easier to find “the one”. Pretty easy to make an appointment, spent a lot of time with me, asked ton of questions and really wants to know as much as possible about his patient. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
